What are the qualifications to be a reseller?
Orders must be placed by a merchant or a representative of a merchant engaged in the business of selling apparel.  Orders shipped to Tennessee addresses must be submitted along with a valid State of Tennessee Resale number and resale certificate to avoid sales tax being charged.
 
How can I rush my order?
Our website does not calculate rush shipping charges.  To rush an order either place your order online and include a note in the notes field on final checkout with when you need your order and we will contact you with applicable shipping options and quotes or place your order by phone (877) 265-9916 to receive additional prices of rush shipping.
 
How soon can I have an order?
In stock orders placed before 11:00AM CST will be shipped the next day via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.  Larger orders may be shipped by truck.  Most orders are delivered 3 to 6 business days after being placed.
 
How can I check the status of my order?
Email us at with an order status request or give our customer service department a call at (877) 265-9916.  Be sure to provide us with your order number.
 
What is base price?
Base price is the lowest possible price per item. Normally the non-white colors and 2XL+ sizes cost more than the base price.
 
Are your shirts first quality?
Yes our shirts are first quality.  We do not carry irregulars or seconds.  We get this question frequently because our prices are so low.
 
Do you carry irregulars or seconds?
We do not carry irregulars or seconds.  If you should find a blemished item in your order, we will replace it for free if you notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
 
Do you accept purchase orders?
Purchase orders are accepted from churches, schools and government only.  Orders must be shipped directly to the churches, school or government office.  Formal purchase orders must be faxed to (877) 265-9916 before shipment.  Purchase orders must be paid within 30 days of invoice date.  Please start your order online and proceed to the "Fax/Mail" order placement option, which will provide a printable page showing correct style numbers, prices and shipping charges.
 
Do you take checks by phone?
We do not accept checks by phone.
 
Do you ship COD?
We do not ship orders COD.
 
Do you accept orders from outside the US?
We do not ship orders outside the US or accept orders from parties outside the US.
 
Do you accept foreign credit cards?
We do not accept foreign credit cards.
 
Do you have a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order, however the minimum shipping and handling charge is $9.95
 
 How do I exchange an order?
We do not accept exchanges.  You can return items within 30 days of receipt, and then place a new order for items that you would like the returned items to be replaced with..
 
What is combed cotton?
Combed cotton goes through a process which aligns all fibers parallel and eliminates short fibers which makes the material stronger and softer.
 
Where can I find the CVV security code on my credit card?
For Visa/Mastercard and Discover owners, flip your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your Card Security Code.
 
What is the CVV security code?
It is an important new Internet security feature that now appears on the back of most Visa/MasterCard and Discover cards. This new code is a three or four-digit number which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. The security code helps validate that the customer placing the online order actually has the credit card in his/her possession, and that the credit/debit card account is legitimate.
 
How does this CVV security code protect me?
The security code is only printed the card and it is not contained in the magnetic stripe information nor does it appear on sales receipts or billing statements - you must have the card in your possession in order to use this code. Card Security Codes are not raised, so they are not scanned into standard credit card readers. In theory, these numbers are only visible to you. When you give your Card Security Code to a merchant, you assist the merchant in verifying that the order is being placed by you, the card holder.
 
Do I have to enter the CVV security code?
If this code is printed on your card, then YES, you must enter the code. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are now starting to require Internet stores to obtain the security code for all cards that have a code printed on them. In order for this transaction to be accepted and processed, you must enter this code if it's printed on your card. This is done for your protection.

How do I return Merchandise?
Need to return all or part of your order?  No problem!  Just email sportsplace127.com with a complete list of all of the items you would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes and quantities. Please include your order number.  We will reply with return instructions.

Returns
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Altered garments are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by Sports Place
Returns without a RA # will be refused.
Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.

Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. 
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Why didn't I get my Order Confirmation or other email from Sportsplace?

If you're not receiving expected email from Sportsplace127.com, the problem is most likely due to spam filtering. To ensure that email from Sportsplace reaches your Inbox (ie. not deleted or moved to your Junk or Spam Mail folder), add our domain and/or email addresses to your accepted senders list by following the instructions below:

Yahoo! Mail

To create a filter that sends email from us straight to your Inbox:

1. Login to Yahoo Mail.

2. Click on "Options" (on the right hand side of your screen).

3. Click on "Filters" (on left hand side of screen).

4. Click "Add" button.

5. Assign a name for this filter: Sportsplace

6. Underneath the heading "if all of the following rules are true..." go to the top row labeled "FROM header." Next to this you will see a drop down menu. Make sure to select "contains", then simply type in sportsplace127.com into the box provided. This will allow for all Sportsplace email to come through to your Inbox, whether from or .

7. At the bottom, where it says "Move the message to:", select "Inbox" from the drop-down menu.

8 Click the "Add Filter" button at the bottom to add this filter.

Hotmail/MSN

*To add our email address to your "Safe List":

1. Login to your Hotmail or MSN Mail account.

2. Click on "Options."

3. Click "Junk Mail Protection".

4. Click on "Safe List."

5. In the box provided, type in our domain: sportsplace127.com

6. Click the "Add" button.

7. When you see the address you entered in the Safe List box, click on the "OK" button.

*To add our email address to your "Contacts List":

1. Login to your Hotmail or MSN Mail account.

2. Click on "Contacts" folder.

3. In the new screen which opens, click "New" (upper left corner).

4. Assign a Quickname in the left hand box: Sportsplace

5. Enter these two email addresses into the "Online Addresses" area: ,

AOL

To add our email address to your Address Book or Custom Sender List:

* AOL 9.0:

1. Click the "Spam Controls" link (lower right area of your inbox).

2. When the "Mail & Spam Controls" box appears, click "Custom sender list".

3. Choose "allow email from " option

4. Add the domain you would like to receive mail from: sportsplace127.com

5. Click "Add", then "Save".

* AOL 7 & 8:

1. Go to Keyword Mail Controls.

2. Select the screen name you are using to receive email.

3. Click "Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name."

4a. For AOL version 7.0: In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters", include the following domain: * @sportsplace127.com

4b. For AOL version 8.0: Select "Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains."

5. Click on "Next" until the "Save" button shows up at the bottom.

6. Click "Save."

Outlook 2003

To make sure you can see emails as they were intended to be seen (including images), add sportsplace127.com to your address book and safe sender list.

To add Sportsplace to your address book:

1. Right click on the email subject line.
2. Choose "Add Sender To Address Book".

To add our domain: sportsplace127.com to your safe sender list:

1. Right click on a non-displaying image in an HTML email.
2. Choose "Add the domain to the safe sender list" option.

Others 

Most other email programs allow for whitelisting in some way. Often, you may simply add the domain (sportsplace127.com) or email addresses (, ) to your Address Book or 'Safe List'.
